when i select "back up my data", which google account does it back up to? my device is sync-ed with multiple accounts. can i choose a specific one to back up to?

It should be the account you set the handset up with, the gmail account you entered after turning the phone on for the first time.

What data are you looking to see? It should back up your contacts with the gmail account so they'll be visible when you access the account via a PC.
It will also backup/associate the apps you've installed to the gmail account so that were you to factory reset, get a new phone, you'd be able to install them again etc.
I'm sure it does settings too, like WiFi configs etc, but you don't get to see any of that stuff.

I am trying to find a way to verify by logging into the google account from a pc that the back up data is actually there, AND not in some other google account that I also sync with the device.
