Device compatibility issue from playstore

Hi I uploaded one app to playstore but when I downloading it from playstore it showing as your device is not compatible with this version, even though iam using the latest version mobile (moto g5 s plus) Oreo version please help me in this.

some apps are just not meant for certain devices.

what app are we talking about?

If it is your app that you created, then you have set the app to a higher API level than is compatible with your device.

Try another app store.

For instance, on my ZTE 558VL Google PlayStore says that Narcos Cartel Wars is incompatible with my device.

But when I go to APK Pure, it says no such thing, downloads, and installs just fine.

I would see if the app is available on APK Pure or UpToDown, and try to get it from them.

So it's your own app which, after uploading to Play, shows as incompatible with your device?

I thought you must be the person who understands this problem most because it's your own app. It may be because the OS version of your device doesn't support this app version. Check out the article to find out the reason why your app is not compatible with your device.
