Help Device incompatibility questions

Does anyone have this issue on their Droid Razr M? Several apps on the market say they aren't compatible with it. In fact, pre-installed bloatware isn't compatible with this device.

An example of the bloatware, is the Google Play Movies & TV. Doesn't work most of the time. Actually that's not entirely true. It worked for a few days, then simply broke. It'll usually force close, but one case it was a force system reboot. I cleared all the data and cache relating to it, uninstalled updates, etc. I finally caught a break and got an error code, which Google tech support told me that it most probably meant that my device wasn't compatible with the app. Then why on Earth is it pre-installed on my phone (and I can't get rid of it)?

It sucks because I just spent some money on a TV show, and now I can't view it. I realized my mistake though, I forgot to read the reviews of the app before I bought the TV show. It has really bad reviews, and few can get it to work.

Many more on the market/store. I've never heard of a device having so many compatibility issues.

Another example, I know someone who has a Razr MAXX and some of the apps they can use, I can't (same Android version). What is the difference in hardware (besides the obvious)?

Android 4.1.1 Stock.

Any thoughts?
