Help Device Independent Bitmap issues

My company uses a small graphic in the signature of all their emails which are unable to be opened by my Droid X. Is there anyway to make the Droid open these type of files? Its annoying to constantly get the orange ! On the top of the notification bar that there's a "connection error"

I also have this issue with some Outlook emails, but for images that people paste inline about their discussion.
DIB is a Windows format, and although documented, I also haven't found any image viewers for it on Android yet. My favorite viewer on Windows doesn't have an Android port yet (Irfanview)
