device not compatible with Dot View app

I just bought a dot view case for my m8 today and the app store says it not compatible with the dot view app. Everything is stock I haven't gotten in to playing with this phone yet. Anyone else have this issue?

I have M8 and DOT View Case. No problems apparent.

I'm having the same problem! This is the only shred of reference to this problem that I could find on the internet. I've update all apps and the OS and the app doesn't even show up in Google play when I search for dot view. I had to Google it, but when I go to the app it says my device isn't compatible with that version and won't let Mr download it.

Does anyone know anything that could help this? I really like this case and I don't want to return it.

What dot view app? Just put in your dot view case and it auto work as it suppose, no extra apps is required.

There is an app in Google Play with lots of reviews called dot view but I went to the store where I bought my case, and they gave me a new one. This one works! So it must have been a defective case. I recommend that the original poster does the same.
