S sharprez Lurker Jun 30, 2013 #27 This is an old thread, sort of, but it did help me, so I would like to say thanks. I have a HD Desire that had the USB connect problem. I cleaned the USB port on my phone with a needle, VERY CAREFULLY! I could not believe how much came out! However, it did fix my problem as described here.... USB device not recognized. Fixed! Thank you!
