Help Device Regional Identifier?

I bought my Galaxy Nexus in South Korea while here for three months. When I try downloading certain apps, especially those that deal with restricted services (Spotify, Hulu, Netflix, etc.) I can't. On Google Play on my Mac, it says that my device is incompatible, but it lists it as a "SK Telecom" edition.

My concern is whether my phone will still be prohibited from downloading these apps when I get back to the US. If it is, how can I fix it?

It should change when you put in a new Sim card from another carrier.
