its a direct like to sprint.....it kinda like the self service check outs at wal-mart...u do all the work. u get 3 options. its not online yet and probably in the works
1) activate this phone
2)update software (im guessing future ota updates
3)ecare (im guessing internet customer care) hope its better then live CS!!! just kidding i have a government account so my CS reps are TOP NOTCH!!!

Just curious, who is your government account rep? I am a PSAM for Sprint in GA so may know your rep or PSAM

Provides link to some Sprint 'my account' choices like plan type, payment/billing, upgrade eligibility and on my new hero firmware updates, etc.

When using billing link another sprint customers' info appeared, did not prompt for pin#. Has happened several times with random acct info... IS MY INFO GOING OUT, TOO?
