I understand that the DHD is coming soon to Canada with Telus.

Does anyone know if it will be available unlocked to work with rogers?

It will most likely be locked to Telus, but you should be able to get an unlock code for it online. It will work fine with Rogers for 3G (same freq bands), but it may have EDGE/2G data blocked in the firmware...we'll have to wait and see.

So you are saying that even if I get it unlocked, it might still be.... locked?
