Root DHD stucked on boot-loader after trying to root

If you rooted using the AAHK, by running the RUU, you would unroot and put the most recent radio (and software) on the phone. Re-rooting is EASY though... just a case of putting a custom recovery (which can be flashed as a PD98IMG file in HBOOT) and then you should be able to put any ROM you want on your phone.

Scotty is the best person to confirm all of this (he knows pretty much everything about HTC phones) :)
 
at this point,it prolly does not matter much if we run the ruu or not(i personally would,just to be on the safe side). make sure to factory reset or clear storage from hboot prior to re-rooting.

kernel/module mismatches can make the wifi not work,but after an ruu,that should not be an issue. im afraid you likely have a mencanical hardware issue,as well with the bol rocker. tho the vol rocker may be fixed by more competely disassembling the phone,and cleaning/inspecting the vol rocekr and micro switches.

also,sorry for my extremely late reply :o have not had much access to the pc in a couple days :eek:
 
Hello. Iv got same problem, just these ruu dont work for me. i get errors when updates signature.

youre quite welcome on the help. :) sorry we didnt completely resolve your issues :(

im not sure if the wifi wire will help or not... if you decide to give it a go,let us know how it works out :)
 
No idea how you could tell if the prollem is the cable,or soe other bit of hardware. But I dint want you to think we were ignoring you :)
 
Things have been/are a little crazy for me at the moment, which is why I've not replied until now... I agree with Scotty though :)
