Help dialer app activity

So, I installed system panel to monitor usage to make more efforts to improve battery life and something I have found that strikes me as off us that the dialer app shows to be active albeit in a minimal way at regular intervals maybe every 20 or 30 mins. Now I noticed this this morning, so it has been doing it throughout the night...the activity is only for a second or so and probably has very little impact on battery but still, cause for concern as it is the dialer?

Does no one else think this is odd? Does it happen on other peoples phones or could mine be sending out info I'm not aware of?

Every now and then dialer fails to sleep and keeps a partial wake lock I've noticed. Reboot usually resolves.

I'll try that and see if it changes.

Checked this morning and no change. The CPU usage is minimal, so no concern really to battery but it just seems odd that there is any activity at such regular intervals. Does no one else have the same? Just curious now.
