Help Dialing From Computer into Incredible

I doubt this is possible, but here goes: Is there ANY way I can use the phone dialer from my laptop to dial calls into the Incredible instead of my landline phone?

My laptop contains a large customer database software program that only works in Windows so I can't run it from the Incredible.
