dialing voice mail

I got my refurb eris, so far so good. How do I setup to dial vm and enter password in speedial? There was a symbol for a pause, between *86 and the passcode. I can't remember.

Settings>call>voicemail settings: *86p####

Obviously replace #### with your pin. I find one p works, which i believe standa for pause. You can make it 2 p's but i don't find it necessary.

Also,
If you were to use *86p xxxx #p1

replace the xxxx with your pin number, it will pause then hit the 1 for you to listen to voicemails.
