Please help before I destroy this new phone, Everytime i'm in a call and i need to press a key (like press 1 for english or press 2 for spanish) Lol... It don't let me cause when im ready to type the key the screen suddenly goes black and flash for maybe two seconds and then when I think is ready to type again it goes black again. Is really really frustrating.

It sounds to me like the proximity sensor is malfunctioning.
It senses when the phone is close to your face and turns the screen off to save power. When you remove the phone from your face, the screen comes back on.
If it's oddly going between off and on when it's away from your face, it seems the proximity sensor function has gone awry.

Go to Settings -> Display , scroll down -> Motion Sensor Calibration and do what it says.

I had the same problem, especially when checking account balances and having to enter a long string of numbers.
My right hand would trigger the proximity sensor and the screen would go dark when I went to input numbers unless I pushed the sensor buttons from a certain angle.
Later, after calibrating the Motion Sensor I noticed that this issue disappeared.
Now I know why.
