I just got a Samsung Galaxy S2, I live in South Korea and with my previous phone I had a English - Korean dictionary which I used quite a bit in my classes as I teach English but would sometimes need to translate into Korean for my students. Does it have a dictionary or do I need to add one?

There is lots I don't know yet.
 
I think you will need to install one from the market yourself. I don't think there are translating options on the SGS2
