Did anyone know that there is already a pre-installed screen protector on your Xperia Z? which when removed gets rid of the Sony logo. Interesting as to why Sony would do this when they include one in the box anyways. Anyone else have this screen protector?

Ah, there is the anti-shatter protector... If you remove it you may void your warranty for screen issues, according to at least one person working for Sony who was asked about it by an XDA forum member.

If you've removed yours can you tell me whether the underlying layer is any more resistant to finger prints, less reflective, and whether viewing angles are affected at all?
