Help Did I Break It????

Hi there, So im a noob and i think i broke my new phone i got for xmas, i changed the bottom 4 buttons on my new samsung admire cause the original ones were sticking, i found a exe. on the forum for my problem but it didnt work, maybe you can help HOPEFULLY, so when I turn my phone on now it says
WARNING

A custome OS can cause critical
problems in phone and installed

If you want to download a custom
OS, press the volume up key.
Otherwise, press the volume down
key to cancel
-----------------------------------------
Volume up:Continue
Volume down: Cancel (restart phone)

so I tried both up and down up it just stays DOWNLOADING nothing,
down just keeps going back to the same warning key, I tried a HARD RESTART and it just keeps recycling to warning screen to black screen and back to warning screen.
HOPEFULLY you know a solution to my stpid mistake.
