Root Did I kill my Epic?

I did the one click root method. Gained Superuser Access. Paid for Rom Manager. Then Flashed Clockwork. Immediately flashed Ra Recovery.Clicked the option (within Rom Manager) to reboot into recovery.....NOW the phone is stuck on the Boot screen that says SAMSUNG ..i pulled the battery & did the Vol Down + power + camera combination and it takes me to "Android system recovery <2e>" i can no longer even get to phone to boot

Did I kill it?? (please say no)

No, you didn't kill it, but it may be a "soft-brick."

If you pull the battery, can you power it on all the way?

Sounds to me like you are going to have to flash it back to 100% stock.

Follow the directions HERE under the portion titled "Odin Stock Flashing"

It'll wipe everything on the phone, but since you can't do anything with it anyways....

lol...thats fine i have my Titanium BackUps from my Evo & my Contacts & texts are on my Cellebrite machine in the event i cant use the old backups. Thanks a million!

Could have been a bad recovery that you flashed... ROM manager could have caused it (I'd recommend NOT using it to boot into recovery for the Epic).... until you provide links with which versions you used, it would all be a guess.

Thanks for pointing that out! I just downloaded it yesterday and was planning on trying it out later.
