Did I miss something?

I just got my Droid Charge, and was already on my unlimited data plan before they rolled out tiered data plans. When I turn on the "mobile hotspot" app that comes pre installed on the phone, there is no charge or usage confirmation, it just turns on and works. I am not subscribed to or paying extra for mobile hotspot on my account (I checked my features on verizonwireless.com). Am I getting mobile hotspot for free or did I miss something somewhere?

They offered it free through yesterday. Chances are, the next update will disable it unless paid for.

I just tried mine and it said i need to subscribe to it. I would think yours is the same.
