Root Did something real dumb - need help

I installed clockwork recovery and went to advanced - Wipe System. There was no good reason I did this and should have thought about it first but if I had I wouldn't be posting this...

My question is: Now what? Am I totally screwed? All I get is the Motorola M and I can't get back to Clockwork... I can get to the system menu that asked "Restart" "Install Update.zip" but that is it. I have tried multiple times to download Android versions onto the SDCard and install them with no luck. I have tried RSDlite but that doesn't seem to see my phone either. Droid X. Any info would be appreciated.

in order for rsd lite to see your phone you must be in the bootloader menu,

hold camera+vol down+power wait for a quick flash then let go, then your computer should see your phone, and you can proceed to flash the .340 full sbf file

Keep posting in this thread if you can't figure it all out or need some help. But Roolers guide is great and easy to follow. Much easier to keep posting here than start another thread.
