All of us Samsung fascinate owners are trying to storm the castle.

We were "supposed" to receive an update today, as well as the LG Vortex. Did any of you get anything at all?

My phone hasn't updated, unless it did an update without telling me. Still running Android 2.2 and Kernel 2.6.32.9.

I received a notice about the update but cannot install it because I have the custom recovery installed. Does anyone know what this update is supposed to include? Would it be worth trying to go back to stock, update, then re-root?

This update is probably 2.2.1 and based on trying to help someone root there vortex running 2.2.1 (which i think is what the ota update is.)failed to get it rooted. So i woud advise to noy update if you plan on rooting until someone gets it figured out.
