Lol, I've got 6 different email accounts with different purposes (bills, personal, work, signing up for websites....) I've had the hotmail one a LONG time. No reason to"ditch"it yet (no spam either).

The speed of sound in fresh water is approx 0.0508" per Microsecond.
The speed of sound in mild steel is almost exactly 4 times slower, or .2032" per microsecond.
Capilary action and surface tension is why a fluid on the inside of a straw raises above the normal fluid level. If the straw were small enough diameter, the fluid would rise to the top and stick slightly above the opening like a bead of water on a freshly waxed car.
