difference between 4.1.1 and 4.1.2

I've recently downloaded 4.1.1 here in the UK but I see peeps in the USA referring to 4.1.2

Is there a difference or is it simply a region thing?

Not really true. 4.1.1 does the same, you are talking about S3 firmware differences

No...he's actually right. You can add apps simply by Modding the feature.XML file...that doesn't work on 4.1.1
