Help difference between dual sim full active and dual sim standby

I want to have one sim to receive telephones and sms without any disconnection or problem and at the same time have another sim to use for constant GPS, internet and data, without any disconnection

can dual sim standby phones do that, or I need a dual sim full active phone?
