Difference Between Note and regular Galaxy

What are the differences between a Samsung Galaxy 10.1 and a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1??? I was considering a Galaxy 10.1 because of price but maybe I should reconsider (Costco has a good price on 32G version of note).

If you're planning on buying one of the two I'd wait it out a bit. Samsung might unveil/rollout some new tablets this year.
