difference between USB chargers?

I recently got a LG Revolution. So far, I like the phone. My wife has a HTC Thunderbolt. I recently learned that most of the smart phones these days use the micro-USB cable for recharging purposes. This appears to be the case for my Revolution and the wife's Thunderbolt.

From what I have learned, the norm for the charging adapters (w/ a USB port) is 5V, 1A. This is what the Thunderbolt's said. THe Revolution said 4.8V, 1A. Would it still be OK to use the Thunderbolt's USB wall charger with the Revolution and the .2V difference between the two is nothing to be concerned about?
