Difference in camera chips??

Hello, I'm seriously looking at getting two Rezounds for my DH's and my phone upgrades as I don't want to wait for quad cores to hit VZW and then the prices are gonna be crazy. Just hoping that another $99 sale might come along soon...

Anyway, to my question, I've read some about a "new" camera chip that HTC is using or about to use in their phones and I'm wondering what the difference is? The few things I read where it was talked about in passing acted like it was a major difference but is it only the camera that is upgraded with the chip or does it upgrade other things too? Is it really worth waiting for and paying the extra $$$$$ for?

Sorry if this should've been posted elsewhere but since it's the Rezound I'm planning to get, it seemed OK to post in here.

Thanks in advance!

As I know the Rezound's lens aperture is f/2.2 and the One's have f/2.0 lenses.

OK, thanks and does this somehow integrate into sense 4.0? I keep hearing that sense 4 is somehow dependent on the new camera chips...which seems quite confusing, really.

I think it means ImageSense, this new HTC camera suite which includes the ImageChip, its image pre-processing and the f/2.0 lense.

In the past this image pre-processing/editing the processor had to do.
Now the ImageChip does this, faster but nevertheless more extensive and without influences the processor's other tasks.
