Difference in CSC's

SandLake

Newbie
My S2 recently developed a fault where it appeared to be locked to a different network although it wasn't. Vodaphone took it in for repair and it was fixed by upgrading to Jelly Bean and this meant that the firmware was changed from XEU to VOD. I have been trying to find out what if any difference there is between firmwares but am not having much luck finding any information - can anyone help?

Thanks

However your question is relating to the difference in firmware not CSC's

When Voda released JB they may have added their own branding and apps to it and left out some features so 4.1.2 will differ between Samsung releases such as LSJ, LSD, MS1 and the carrier releases from say Voda or Orange.

The core aspects will be the same but things like multi window may be released by your carrier
