Help Different Android Markets?

Maybe its been posted somewhere else but what market does everyone have? My dad and I both got our Rezounds at the same time and mine has the old green Market where hishas the newer grey block looking Market. Has anyone else noticed this?
 
I didn't even think to compare the icons... I just noticed that the actual apps themselves were different. When I see him later today ill check. I just dunno why mine has the older market? Not that it really matters haha. You'd think they would all be the same. Has there been any system updates since release?

When I first got my Rezound I also had the market that you have, the older version. After a few minutes or so it automatically changed to the newer one, the one your dad has. Between using the application and restarting the phone it should update itself.
 
Sure enough I was doing some updates and the next thing I knew I had the new marketplace... weird. Google music is there as well.
