Help Different home screen layout

Every now and then my phones home screen will change into a different mode. Instead of the standard screen its the weather widget and the clock with the friend stream app all on one page. I was wondering how to make it do it full time. Ill try to catch a pic of it the next time it does it. I don't know what setting it is and if i touch the phone it goes back to normal. This has only happened like 3 times in the last year.

It's "Dock Mode"...you can make a shortcut to it with an app such as AnyCut, or Launcher Pro.
