Help Difficulties using Sprint Zip Whip texting from a computer to Evo's

We are an HVAC company using the online texting from sprint called zip whip to communicate between tech's and the office. Our in field techs all have evo's. We have been using this system about 6 weeks now, and we only have one problem; occasionally texts from our technician to the office zip whip will not go through, we have never had it from the office computer to the evo not go through. The office simply does not receive them, they show up as sent from the techs phone but do not come through on the computer in the office. The tech does not receive an error message or anything. Is anyone using this? If so have you had these problems? Anything we should do to fix it? We thought that it was from texting at the same time but we practiced doing this and it did not happen. Thank you to all of you in advance!!!!

further, how is the sprint coverage in these areas? i know sometimes they can get out into rural places and once the phone "hands off" the message to the closest tower the phone assumes its been sent--which technically it has been sent--but does not know if the intended party has received it.

the message could be getting caught up in overhead and lost in the various handoffs it has to do to get to your machine at base camp.

does it happen same time of day? was the tech(s) on the phone? all phones up to date on software? are they rooted?? (worth asking)
