Dilema

Hoping for some advice. I recently got a One X for AT&T. While it is a nice phone, the multitasking (or lack thereof) is a big deal breaker for me. It almost makes it unusable. Anyway, I am very intrigued by the Note. Does it make sense to upgrade to the Note at this point in its life cycle, or would I be better waiting for the S3? I just don't want to be committed to a phone for 20 months that is going to be dead within the next few months. I would appreciate any thoughts you might have.

Thanks!

What kind of multitasking do you mean? I dunno if the note or s3 would be any better at it.

On your one x, press and hold the home button. Should bring all your recent apps. This is the only multitasking I know on Android. It was improved immensely with the ics update.

The multitasking is broken on the One X. What I mean is that it won't let anything run in the background for any period of time. For example, I can even listen to Pandora while doing something else on the phone because when I start doing something else, it shuts Pandora down... It is a known flaw with these phones.
