Help DInc fail... where now?

My incredible has failed me. Despite a complete factory reset, I still can't get it to send or receive text or reliable retrieve email from google.

So it is going bye-bye. I need to stick with Verizon and can do the "new every two" thing, and need to pick a new phone. I need to stay sub $200 bucks. Thoughts? Guidance? Other options?

If you aren't rooted or don't have the 2.3 update, I'd try running the RUU to fix your problem.
