Do a battery pull. Usually works. How did it get stuck there? Are you rooted? Were you in the process of rooting? Were you just flashing a new ROM? Need more info.

Hey, sorry to thread Jack but my phone is also stuck there. I'm loading up incredible does aosp but it hasn't loaded and it's been over twenty or thirty minutes. Should I battery pull?

Yes, do a battery pull. I give a new ROM 10-15 to load once it gets to the boot screen, if it doesn't do it then I pull and reboot.

I did a battery pull but it didn't load so I restored and now I'm running virtuous.
