Dinc Unrevoked or FROYO OTA ZIP

I have activated my old Incredible on straight talk, but, it is on Android 2.1, build 1.22.605.0. Because of this I am not able to get some apps that I need. I thought I would root it using Unrevoked and load CM, but, the downloads on Unrevoked website no longer work. Does anyone have a copy of Unrevoked they can send me? I also need the hboot drivers from the Unrevoked site. I would also try the OTA updates, if someone could share those? I have been unable to find them.

Thank you for the link. My Dinc is not currently rooted. Which is required to flash a custom Rom, right (please forgive my ignorance)? Do you have a functioning link to Unrevoked and the hboot drivers? I've not rooted a phone and am looking for the easiest possible method.
