Help DINC WiFi Only

I have a Droid Incredible that I would like to use WiFi only. The phone is fully reset. When I start it of course it goes to the setup - including the phone activation. Any way around that? Thanks

Yes, just keep trying to activate and let it fail, it will eventually let you skip it.
