dinc wont boot????? help

my rooted dinc will not get past the initial "htc incredible" screen....help!! i was dl an app and it turned off. when i turned it back on it loads the initial htcincredible screen, goes black and does it over and over until i remove the battery. figured id just go into hboot and reload my recovery. so here im in hboot, go down to recovery,hit power to select it and it reboots. so apparently the power button wont "choose" any option. only reboot..wth is going on here and how do i fix it??? im going crazy without my phone!! ill do what needs to be done no matter what i gotta do even if unroot is necessary. just need a lil help. was running cyanogenmod rc1. idk if it was 6 or 7. but whichever one is rc1 its that bastard of a rom!....help plz!!!
 
the power button automatically reboots when i press recovery, clear storage, and factory reset. but selects for fastboot and simlock...

Not sure that you are going to get a lot of the right people viewing this thread since this is an Introductions forum.

You'd be better served by posting a new thread in the forum that alostpacket kindly provided for you. The folks with root experience for your Droid Incredible can help you much better than us (I'm an HTC Eris and Droid X guy).
