Help dinc2 antenna issue

After having fast data rates over 3g since I bought the dinc2, out of nowhere yesterday I had no data access at all. No internet and no access to certain apps. Went to store with tech support and after they did a hard reset and still nothing. He looked at the antennas which are right in the cover and saw no damage. The phone has never been dropped and has a rubber case.... The diagnosis was murky basically saying it was the antenna and so now they have to send me one instead of giving me a brand new one which they have a bunch in stock...should I keep this or insist on a refund?

I love this phone when it worked everywhere and never froze or bogged down but now its very aggravating to have something that needs wifi and theres not many places where I live w WiFi.

If yoi bought it from verizon, you should demand an in store replacement.

Yep, I would make them give you another new in the box unit. Sometimes the refurb ones they send you are basically inheriting someone else's problem.
