Root DINC2 Root Purgatory

Attempting to root my DINC2 (still running 2.2.1) via AlphaRev\Revolutionary Windows 0.4pre4 but getting "Failed-Go have some Lemonade" on the second boot into Hboot. Phone still showing S-On. Is it because my phone doesn't have Gingerbread update?

I tried to run Gingerbread RUU but getting another error (170).

I would be really grateful for any assistance.

Quick Update: I made sure I connected in Charge Mode only, I enabled USB Debugging and I disabled Fastboot.
