Help DINC2 won't sync contacts

the sync works fine, and syncs my calendar and other items that I select, but it won't sync my contacts. any suggestions? is there a box I need to check, or uncheck somewhere? after a sync, I get a message that it failed to sync my contacts, and that's all. I've checked which folder from outlook it is going to, and it's the default outlook folder. I've even tried to manually select the folder and still no luck.

Sounds like an Exchange server problem but I don't know anything about that.
