Root Disable Camera Sounds?

I used WinRAR and it worked fine... Do they have that for Mac?

I'd be happy to upload the camera apk with the shutter sound removed, just not sure if it's kosher or if I'll run afoul of HTC's copyright...?

Even if it is technically copyright infringement ( which I'm not saying it is) they're not going to do anything about it as long as you aren't selling it.

Think about it, all of the sense based roms may be copyright violating but htc won't do anything about it because they don't want to piss off their customers.

no, i don't think winrar is for mac.... how hard can this be on a mac people..?

Use Winrar...there is a mac version.

What I do is flash the HQ camera in Tim's EVO tweaks thread, then I flash Mobster's Camera Mod which is in one of the posts he made on that forum. What you end up with is an enhanced camera with high quality JPGs and MP4 video support with a camera shutter sound toggle in the options AND 3D support aka perfect
