Hi all 
I've checked out all the other threads and can't see a similar issue, apologies is there is a thread lurking about out there.
I was using the handcent app for quite a while there but decided to revert back to the ordinary messages as I found any of the sms apps I tried were laggy.
Is there any way I can stop the contact picture showing up in the messages? I find it takes up a ton of room, plus the pictures aren't recent (i.e the one showing for "me" is months old).
Any help would be grand,
