Is is possible to disable the lockscreen? I like seeing the green and red "answer" and "decline" screen when the phone rings and I noticed it only comes up when my screen isn't locked. Anyone?

You can try Easy Answer button in the market which replaces the lock screen when you receive a call and looks similar to the answer/decline screen. or No Lock which completely stops the lock screen.
I use Easy Answer button in my ROM's
