-how can i disable low battery notification? its just stupid, i know when battery is empty.

-i made a folder and put applications in it. how can i rearrange the applications in the folder?

-i have a poor connection to the wireless router with wifi. how can i change that? can i change the range of the router to get a better connection?

You either need to root your device or you can download a market app called battery charged silencer

no, just the fully charged notiication
I just read your post again. Totally misread it sorry! Everyone asks about disabling the sound when its fully charged not when its low. Doh!

JKay deluxe themes have the option to disable both battery low and fully charged notifications

Hi 've spent ages trying to find the answer to this, as every day the low battery noise shatters my eardrums and nearly makes me fall off my seat while wearing headphones on the train. I rooted the phone, deleted the media files, tried to find the hidden menus, froze system spps with Titanium, all for nothing. Yesterday, I got Sound Manager from the Android Market, turned System Volume to zero and hey presto, no more low battery warning! It doesn't seem to effect anything else like ringtone, email text etc either. I can't believe it was so easy! I will post this on other forums too as I would've found it very helpful. Thanks,

I think if you turn system volume to zero, all notification sounds would be off too. So too your touch screen tapping sound when you press the icons.
