Disable Noise reduction / Echo cancelling (delay/echo in calls)

hi guys,
i recently got a meizu mx4 pro,

When i’m in call my receiver hears his voice back with a delay, thinking it was noise cancelling ,
I tryed to use headphone to make a call but the problem persist. (NOT TRUE)
I tryed to use speaker phone and the echo disappeared.

Any idea how to disable noise cancelling by modifiyng system files?

wow.. is so frustrating to use a smartphone only with an headset..
Unfortunally i'm not skilled in android developing and I wish to ask you if there's a way to modify some system file in order to block and disable this feature...

Ps Thank you for Wellcome

UPDATE
WITH HEADPHONES INSERTED THE PROBLEM DOESN'T APPEAR

I have no idea why you think turning off noise cancellation and echo suppression would help.
They are both designed to avoid the problem you are having.

because i think that sounds coming out the speaker are capted by the 2nd microphone and sent to my caller....
so i think that disabling this functionality would help as i could read on other forums (for example lot of galaxy s2 users had the same problem fixed by disabling noise reduction in a pratical menù during a call)
