disable sense

On virgin mobile evo 4g, how do you disable htc sense? I tried adw launcher but my icons look nothing like ICS. Also the unlock screen still looks like sense.
 
HTC doesn't provide a means to disable Sense on any of their phones. The only way to do this would be to flash a "Sense-less" rom which as far as I know doesn't currently exist for the Evo V.
