Help Disable volume button sound?

its a TW based rom so should be. Il try it when i have a pen to write it down lol. Nice one mate thanks. I actualy meant to post this in gt-i9300 forum but i guess its just as relevant across the devices :)

Can i add that you have to reboot after renaming.

Age old topic, but still relevant as not many people seem to be searching for this...
I'm on LG G2. I am rooted, and found the folder as described. However, there is not TW_Volume_control.ogg or anything with "volume" in it...

The TW part is likely TouchWiz (this was a Samsung thread) and probably the rest of the names change.

Here's the same area on my HTC for example -

My point isn't neener neener neener, I have volume files - just that that can vary a lot by brand.

If you use a good file browser (I use X-plore File Manager) you can go there, tap each file you find, play, and get to what you want by process of elimination.

I had the exact same folder, and played through the sounds. None of them are the annyoing Android volume up/down sound :(
Will look further though!
