Disabling Automatic Screen Lock n DroidX

Any thoughts on how to do it? So frustrating. Verizon tech support said I have to buy an app. But I could not find one.

Try "No Lock".

From the home screen: Menu - Settings - Location & security: Screen Lock (Off), Security lock - Security lock type (None).
