Help Disabling mobile browsing

Can someone help me disable mobile browsing? I looked through the web browser settings, but I couldn't find it. Thanks

Doesn't work for me. uastring setting says 'desktop' but still getting mobile sites (ex: Engadget brings up m.engadget.com)
