Disabling pop up blocker?

I am sure this has been beaten to death already but I am not having much luck.

How do I disable the pop up blocker?

It would be nice to be able to check my payroll statement...

My iphone was much easier.

I am using the internet shortcut from the phone and can't find the menu on the browser?

I seriously feel like a moron...

Menu is to the left side of the middle button. Back is in the right.

well apart from the fact that I feel like an idiot, my pop up blocker is now disabled.

Was it disabled when you went into settings to enable it or did it become disabled after you enabled it?
Not trying to confuse you; just trying to understand what you did.

I went into the browser menu like you suggested and found the settings option. The pop up blocker was enabled so I clicked it to disable it. I can now use the site I was trying to access.
Previously I was using the main menu but couldn't find it there.

I read your other reply wrong. Thought you were saying it was disabled (which is what you wanted) and now you cant enable it if you wanted to....reading too fast.
